About The Position

Hertz is hiring an entry-level Management Trainee to develop the skills needed to manage and grow a branch. The role focuses on providing quality customer service, achieving sales goals, supporting branch management, and maintaining vehicles and facilities. Hertz promotes from within and offers opportunities to grow within the organization. The schedule is 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Comfort driving different types of vehicles.
• Proficiency in English.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

• Previous sales and/or retail customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive customer experience and support Hertz’s goal of being the top car rental company for customer experience.
• Achieve individual sales and customer service goals.
• Grow sales using business-to-business sales tactics.
• Support the branch’s business plan by assisting management.
• Ensure cars are presentable to customers and uphold company standards.
• Clean and service facilities to support customer satisfaction.
