This Management Trainee opportunity is located within the Jacksonville, Florida metropolitan area and may support branch locations throughout Jacksonville, including Southside Jacksonville, Mandarin, Baymeadows, Arlington, Jacksonville Beach, Atlantic Beach, Orange Park, Westside Jacksonville, and North Jacksonville. Placement will be based on business needs and available opportunities within the Jacksonville market.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Must be available to work an average of 47 hours per week.
• Must have twelve months cumulative experience or involvement in any of the following: Sales: Commission or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential, Customer service: In a service industry (i.e. retail, restaurant, hospitality), Management experience leading a team, Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or collegiate team, Leadership role on campus, clubs, organizations or community involvement
• Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• Must not have interviewed for the same position at any location in Northeast Florida within the past 12 months.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful.
• Get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.
• Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
