About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is designed for university/college students looking to gain valuable business and leadership skills. This paid internship offers real-world professional experience that will help interns stand out. From day one, interns will learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. Interns will face the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers providing support for learning, growth, and fun. This is a fall part-time internship requiring 25 hours per week, with a pay rate of $17/hour. The internship is available at 27734 TX-249, Tomball, TX 77375.

Requirements

Must be a rising Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program or Masters of Business Administration, with a graduation date of December 2026.
Must be willing to commit to our fall program minimally working 25 hrs. per week.
Must have 1 year of cumulative experience or involvement within the last 4 years in Sales - defined as, commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential (e.g - serving/restaurant/bar, retail, hospitality industry).
If no sales experience, will consider 1 year of experience or involvement within the past 4 years in any of the following: military, collegiate athlete, or leadership role within an academic organization.
Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record, no more than 2 at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years (1 of the 2 violations or at-fault accidents must fall off within 12 months of employment).
No drug or alcohol related conviction (ie, DUI/DWI) on driving record in the past 5 years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
