About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is designed to help university/college students build valuable business and leadership skills. This paid internship offers real-world professional experience, going beyond a resume line item. Interns will learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. They will face the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers providing support for learning, growth, and enjoyment. This is a fall part-time internship requiring 25 hours per week, with a pay rate of $17/hour. The internship is available at the Houston, TX location.

Requirements

  • Must be a rising Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program or Masters of Business Administration, with a graduation date of December 2026.
  • Must be willing to commit to the fall program, minimally working 25 hrs. per week.
  • Must have 1 year of cumulative experience or involvement within the last 4 years in Sales (commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential, e.g., serving/restaurant/bar, retail, hospitality industry).
  • If no sales experience, 1 year of experience or involvement within the past 4 years in military, collegiate athlete, or leadership role within an academic organization will be considered.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record (no more than 2 at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years; one of the two violations or at-fault accidents must fall off within 12 months of employment).
  • No drug or alcohol-related conviction (e.g., DUI/DWI) on driving record in the past 5 years.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
