About The Position

We are currently hiring a Business Management Trainee for an entry-level leadership development program. As a Business Management Trainee, you will participate in a structured leadership development program designed to prepare you for future roles in campaign management, team leadership, and business operations. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Participate in structured business and leadership training programs
- Coordinate and support community outreach events and campaign logistics
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and on-site event operations
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners and event venues
- Support hiring, interviewing, and onboarding new team members
- Mentor and train entry-level outreach representatives
- Analyze campaign performance data and reporting metrics
- Represent nonprofit partners with professionalism, integrity, and strong communication
