About The Position

We partner with leading nonprofit organizations to increase awareness, strengthen donor engagement, and support high-impact community initiatives through face-to-face outreach and mission-driven campaigns. We are currently hiring a Business Management Trainee for an entry-level leadership development program. This is a full-time opportunity designed for individuals seeking a long-term career in business management, nonprofit leadership, marketing, and team development. This role provides structured training, hands-on experience, and performance-based advancement opportunities—not seniority-based progression. As a Business Management Trainee, you will participate in a structured leadership development program designed to prepare you for future roles in campaign management, team leadership, and business operations. You will gain real-world experience by supporting community outreach initiatives, coordinating team operations, assisting with hiring processes, and tracking campaign performance.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Participate in structured business and leadership training programs
  • Coordinate and support community outreach events and campaign logistics
  • Assist with staffing, scheduling, and on-site event operations
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners and event venues
  • Support hiring, interviewing, and onboarding new team members
  • Mentor and train entry-level outreach representatives
  • Analyze campaign performance data and reporting metrics
