Requirements

Responsibilities
- Participate in paid management training and leadership development programs
- Assist in planning and executing marketing, fundraising, and outreach campaigns
- Coordinate and support in-person events, promotions, and community engagement activities
- Represent nonprofit and partner organizations at events with professionalism and integrity
- Support team leadership, including onboarding and mentoring new team members
- Track campaign performance metrics and assist in reporting and optimization
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
- Support daily operations related to business development and client engagement
