About The Position

We are currently hiring a Business Management Trainee to join our entry-level leadership development program. This is a full-time opportunity designed for individuals looking to start a long-term career in business management, nonprofit leadership, marketing, and team development. This role combines hands-on training, real-world experience, and clear advancement opportunities based on performance—not seniority. As a Business Management Trainee, you will participate in a structured leadership training program designed to prepare you for future roles in campaign management, team leadership, and business operations. You will gain hands-on experience by supporting community outreach events, team development, hiring processes, and campaign performance tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field)

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured business and leadership training programs
• Coordinate and support community outreach events and campaign logistics
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and on-site event operations
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners and event venues
• Support hiring, interviewing, and onboarding new team members
• Mentor and train entry-level outreach representatives
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and reporting data
• Represent nonprofit partners with professionalism, integrity, and strong communication skills
