About The Position

The 1ST GEAR! is SIXT's global Management Trainee Program, a 12-month journey designed to fast-track participants into leadership roles within the company. The program offers hands-on experience, responsibility, and skill development in one of the world's innovative mobility companies. Upon successful completion, trainees are guaranteed a leadership position, such as managing a downtown branch or joining an airport leadership team. The program involves working in operational day-to-day business as a Rental Sales Agent, gaining insights into Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and Performance Management, and collaborating with Branch Managers and Area Directors to learn leadership on the job. Trainees will receive training in communication, conflict resolution, sales, and problem-solving strategies.

Requirements

Completed a bachelor's degree or gained relevant professional experience in Sales, Customer Service, Tourism, Hospitality and Management.
Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset, driven to lead.
Strong communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently, solve problems, and take ownership.
Required to work and travel within the United States as business needs dictate.
Hold a valid driver’s license.
At least 1 year of driving experience.
