Fall 2026 Management Trainee Internship Sunrise
About The Position
The Enterprise Management Trainee Internship is designed for university/college students to build valuable business and leadership skills. This paid internship offers real-world professional experience, helping interns stand out from the crowd. From day one, interns will learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. Interns will face the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers providing support for learning, growth, and fun. This specific role is for the Sunrise area, covering Lauderdale Lakes and Lauderhill. The pay is $18.50 per hour for a part-time, 12-week program starting September 30th.
Requirements
- Must be a rising Senior or Senior enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's degree program.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Must be able to work 10-12 weeks throughout the Fall, starting September 30th.
