About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is designed to help university/college students build valuable business and leadership skills. This paid internship offers real-world professional experience, going beyond just a resume line. Interns will learn to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. They will face the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers providing support for learning, growth, and fun. This internship is for Summer 2026, starting in May 2026 and ending in early August 2026, with a pay rate of $18.00/hour for a 40-hour work week. The role will be located in one of the Chicagoland locations, with the specific work location determined during the interview process.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be currently enrolled in a college/university in a bachelor's degree program with a graduation date of August 2026, December 2026, or May 2027.
  • Must have a minimum of 6 months of experience in sales, leadership, and customer service.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 1 moving violation and/or at-fault accident on driving record in the past three years.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
