Management Trainee Internship (Summer '26) - Bourbonnais, IL
About The Position
The Enterprise Management Internship offers university/college students valuable business and leadership skills through real-world professional experience. As a paid intern, you will learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable management skills, facing the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment where peers provide support for learning, growth, and enjoyment. This is a paid internship for Summer 2026, starting in May 2026 and concluding in early August 2026. The pay rate is $18.00/hour for a 40-hour work week. The role will be located at one of the Chicagoland locations, with the specific work location determined during the interview process (e.g., Downtown Chicago, Naperville, Oak Park, Lombard, Schaumburg, and other Chicagoland areas).
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be currently enrolled in a college/university in a bachelors degree program with a graduation date of August 2026, December 2026 or May 2027
- Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in sales, leadership and customer service
- Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 1 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
