About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is designed for university/college students to build valuable business and leadership skills through real-world professional experience. As a paid intern, you will learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. Interns face the same challenges as full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers providing support for learning, growth, and enjoyment. This role is located in the El Paso, TX area and is for students graduating in May 2028 or earlier. The internship is part-time, paying $16.00/hour, with flexibility for class schedules. Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions, operating brands like Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car. The company manages a diverse fleet of 2.4 million vehicles and has a significant global presence.

Requirements

Must be a current student enrolled full time in a bachelor's degree program, with a graduation date between now & May 2028
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
No drug or alcohol related conviction (i.e. DUI/DWI) on your driving record in the past 5 years
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship
10-12 week commitment with the availability to start in May
Must have a minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership
Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week within our business hours
Must live in the El Paso, TX. area, or have plans to relocate prior to start date
