About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is designed to help university/college students build valuable business and leadership skills. This paid internship offers real-world professional experience, allowing interns to learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. Interns will tackle the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers providing support for learning, growth, and enjoyment. This is a temporary, part-time position during the fall of 2026, with an hourly rate of $19.50. Eligible applicants must be available to work 15-25 hours per week within operating hours from September 15, 2026, to December 10, 2026. This internship is specifically for December 2026 graduates and is located in Orange County, NY.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be a student in a Bachelor's degree program at a college/university, graduating in December 2026.
The ability to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function of this position.
Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted U.S. driver's license.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
Aside from religious observation, must be available to work a minimum of 15-25 hours per week during the internship within normal Enterprise business hours.
Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) you are applying to within 30 days of anticipated start date.
Must have 3 months of leadership experience and/or relevant work experience.
