About The Position

This Enterprise Management Internship is designed to help university/college students build valuable business and leadership skills. The real-world professional experience gained will help interns stand apart from the crowd. As a paid intern, you will learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. Interns will face the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers providing support for learning, growth, and enjoyment. This is a temporary part-time position during the fall of 2026, with an hourly rate of $19.50. Eligible applicants must be available to work 15-25 hours per week between September 15, 2026, and December 10, 2026. This internship is exclusively for December 2026 graduates. The position is located in one of Enterprise's Orange County, NY locations, such as 63 ROUTE 17K, NEWBURGH, NY 12550-3969.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be a student in a Bachelor's degree program at a college/university, graduating in December 2026.
  • The ability to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function of this position. Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted U.S. driver's license.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Aside from religious observation, must be available to work a minimum number of 40 hours per week during the internship within normal Enterprise business hours.
  • Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) you are applying to within 30 days of anticipated start date.
  • Must have 3 months of leadership experience and/or relevant work experience.
