About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is designed for university/college students looking to gain valuable business and leadership skills through real-world professional experience. This paid internship offers the opportunity to learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. Interns will face the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers providing support for learning, growth, and enjoyment. The position is located in Waco, TX, and surrounding areas.

Requirements

• Must be a Senior enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's degree program.
• Must be graduating by December 2026.
• Must have a minimum of three months of experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
• No drug and/or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
• Must live in Waco, TX or the surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Manage a fleet of vehicles.
• Take care of customers.
• Develop marketing strategies.
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects.
• Engage in friendly competition with peers.
