About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship provides university and college students with hands-on experience developing business and leadership skills. Paid interns learn what it takes to run a successful business and take on challenges similar to those handled by first- and second-year full-time professionals, working in a team-based environment. The internship is offered at the Ponce Branch and is described as full-time or part-time, with a starting rate of $12.00 per hour.

Interns develop skills in managing a fleet of vehicles, caring for customers, creating marketing strategies, and building relationships with customers and coworkers. They complete intern projects and take part in friendly competition with their peers. Performance incentives and employee referral rewards may also be available.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, be a junior or senior enrolled full-time for the upcoming semester at a four-year college or university, and have an anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
• Must have no drug- or alcohol-related convictions on the driving record in the last three years, such as DUI/DWI.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship for this position now or in the future.
