Requirements

  • Three years of advanced clerical or para-professional work which included the collection, recording, compilation, and presentation of office management or program related information; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • An Associate's Degree may be substituted for two years of required experience.
  • You must meet the PA residency requirement.
  • You must be able to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

  • Review grant materials, track agreements, and ensure compliance with required procedures
  • Prepare contract documents, monitor budgets, and work with staff and contractors to resolve issues
  • Examine invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure proper approvals before payment
  • Maintain accurate financial and administrative records for reporting and auditing needs
  • Support field operations, training activities, and administrative needs for bureau projects
