Requirements

Three years of advanced clerical or para-professional work which included the collection, recording, compilation, and presentation of office management or program related information; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
Possession of a valid Class C driver's license.
Must be able to perform essential job functions.
Must pass criminal history and background investigations if you do not have a current Pennsylvania State Police background on file.
Must pass a background investigation and meet Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) compliance requirements.

Nice To Haves

An Associate's Degree may be substituted for two years of required experience.
One year of experience reading auto repair estimates and service invoices

Responsibilities

Administer the fleet inventory system by entering maintenance data, adjusting system settings, and generating requested reports
Examine vendor repair estimates and confirm that parts, costs, and services follow required standards
Record detailed repair information into the risk management database for all assigned vehicles
Prepare vehicles for auction, complete necessary paperwork, and track inoperable vehicles awaiting disposal
Respond to compromised fuel card inquiries and file required affidavits when needed
Process automotive inventory paperwork for new vehicles and update coding, fuel cards, and license plates as needed
