About The Position

The 12-month Management Development Program combines learning activities, task-based assignments, practical work experience, and opportunities to practice and develop leadership skills. Participants are paired with a dedicated mentor or sponsor to help them navigate the program. They rotate through multiple departments to develop a comprehensive understanding of resort operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Recreation, Safety & Security, Food & Beverage, and Facilities. The curriculum includes department-focused checklists with weekly focus areas. Participants have opportunities to interact with owners, guests, and associates while building operational expertise.

This Spring 2027 program is based in Escondido, California. Compensation is $54,500 annually ($26.20 hourly), plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Relocation assistance may be available where applicable. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis with no submission deadline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree earned by the time the program begins.
• Recent graduate within the current semester or up to one year after graduation.

Nice To Haves

• Degree in Hospitality or Hotel/Restaurant Management preferred; a business or hospitality minor will also be considered.
• Prior hospitality or resort operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities
