About The Position

This position is for a Regular Part-Time Professor to teach Management Control Systems (ADM4345A) during the Fall 2026 semester. The course integrates concepts of managerial planning and control systems from accounting, performance measurement, behavioral, organizational design, and strategy implementation perspectives. It emphasizes modern performance measurement and control techniques within evolving competitive landscapes. The teaching method will be delivered in person but may change due to health measures or other reasons. Requirements

  • MBA or Master’s degree (PhD preferred) in the area of management control systems.
  • Demonstrate recent professional experience directly related to this course.
  • Teaching experience, preferably in the area of MCS.
  • Professional accounting designation (CA, CMA or CGA).
  • Competence in a second language (Passive).
