The opportunity: We are seeking talented and energetic candidates to join our Advisory, Management Consulting team as an Intern/Co-op Consultant working in our Ottawa office starting in January 2027 to April 2027. Positions are available in the following service line: People & Change (P&C) Technology Strategy & Transformation (TST)

Requirements

You are enrolled in a university degree program (we will be considering candidates from a spectrum of programs such as Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Commerce, etc.)
You are currently in your third year of study and/or will enter your final year after completing the internship.
You are a highly motivated individual, enthusiastic about taking on a variety of challenges and opportunities
You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
You have a strong academic record
You have the ability to work independently without supervision
You have strong problem solving and analytical abilities, as well as a proven track record of successfully dealing with competing priorities and deadlines under pressure
You have a strong sense of personal accountability
You have an entrepreneurial drive, and are a creative problem solver
