About The Position

KPMG in Canada is seeking talented and energetic candidates to join our Advisory, Management Consulting team as an Intern/Co-op Consultant in our Victoria practice, starting in Summer 2027. This is a 4-month intern/co-op term. The Technology Strategy and Transformation (TST) team advises clients on the impact of new technology, delivers end-to-end digital transformation, and works with leaders to define digital strategies, align IT assets, and create implementation plans. Applicants for TST should demonstrate a clear interest or have a background in technology.

Requirements

Enrolled in a university degree program (Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Commerce, Arts, etc.).
Currently in your first, second, or third year of study.
Highly motivated individual, enthusiastic about taking on a variety of challenges and opportunities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong academic record.
Ability to work independently without supervision.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Proven track record of successfully dealing with competing priorities and deadlines under pressure.
Strong sense of personal accountability.
Entrepreneurial drive, and a creative problem solver.
Must have or will obtain legal authorization to work in Canada by the start date of employment.
