About The Position

KPMG in Canada is seeking talented and energetic candidates to join our Advisory, Management Consulting team as an Intern/Co-op Consultant working in our Vancouver practice starting in Summer, May 2027. This is a 4-month intern/co-op term. Positions are available in the following service lines: Supply Chain, People and Change, Operations - Healthcare Operations, and Technology Strategy & Transformation. KPMG's Supply Chain & Procurement Solutions practice provides strategic, advisory services to help organizations transform how they plan, procure, move, and manage goods and services. The People & Change practice advances clients’ business performance by helping to shape and navigate the important people dynamics related to the transformation of work, capabilities and behaviors. The KPMG Healthcare Operations team facilitates collaboration between governmental levels and fosters public-private partnerships to drive innovation and develop intellectual capital for an integrated health ecosystem. The Technology Strategy and Transformation (TST) team advises clients on how new technology will impact their business and delivers innovative end-to-end digital transformation.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university degree program (Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Commerce, Arts, etc.)
  • Currently in your first, second, or third year of study
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong academic record
  • Ability to work independently without supervision
  • Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
  • Proven track record of successfully dealing with competing priorities and deadlines under pressure
  • Strong sense of personal accountability
  • Entrepreneurial drive, and a creative problem solver
  • Must have or will obtain legal authorization to work in Canada by the start date of employment.
