About The Position

As a Management Consulting - Finance Solutions Associate, you will engage with clients to optimize their financial performance and make informed decisions. Within our Advisory practice, you will contribute to projects that guide clients towards sustainable growth and competitive advantage in today's dynamic market. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. In this role, you will participate in project tasks, develop basic skills and knowledge, and use critical thinking to break down complex concepts. You will be part of a fast-paced environment where adaptability and teamwork are key. You will also have the opportunity to interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. Requirements

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
• Client service associate positions are entry-level roles and job seekers have completed or are in the process of completing their final academic year of educational requirements
