Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in end-to-end supply chain transformation, with at least 5 years in a consulting or advisory role.
- Proven experience in management consulting analysis, assessments, roadmaps, and design phases
- Strong understanding of integrated business planning (IBP), demand/supply planning, and inventory optimization.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Experience with planning tools such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, or Blue Yonder.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA or relevant Master’s preferred).
- Ability to travel upto 75% (or as needed) to client site
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic engagements to optimize planning capabilities, design target operating models, and deliver measurable cost reductions.
- Partner with senior stakeholders, mentor teams, and drive transformation initiatives that create sustainable impact and long-term growth.
