Requirements

  • Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in management consulting or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of platform strategy, IT strategy, and IT operating models.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and technology transformation processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead project teams.
  • Proven experience in collaborative selling and business development.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement platform strategy, IT strategy, and IT operating models.
  • Lead Agile and technology transformation initiatives.
  • Design and architect technology solutions to meet business needs.
  • Drive collaborative selling and business development efforts.
  • Foster people development and team growth.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support platform strategy and IT strategy development.
  • Create and implement IT operating models to enhance efficiency.
  • Lead Agile transformation projects, including planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive technology transformation efforts, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
  • Design and architect technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
  • Lead collaborative selling efforts, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
