About The Position

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Consultant in Business Technology Management to develop and implement platform strategy, IT strategy, and IT operating models. This role will lead Agile and technology transformation initiatives, design and architect technology solutions to meet business needs, and drive collaborative selling and business development efforts. The position also emphasizes fostering people development and team growth.

Requirements

Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience in management consulting or a related role.
Strong understanding of platform strategy, IT strategy, and IT operating models.
Experience with Agile methodologies and technology transformation processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel as needed or be onsite at client.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support platform strategy and IT strategy development.
Create and implement IT operating models to enhance efficiency.
Lead Agile transformation projects, including planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
Drive technology transformation efforts, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
Design and architect technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
Drive collaborative selling and business development efforts.
Foster people development and team growth.
