About The Position

SCT is seeking a contingent hire for the role of Management and Program Analyst: Army Risk Reduction and Prevention Visualization Dashboard supporting HQDA G-1 DPRR under the PRO Task Order. This role supports the Commanders Risk Reduction Toolkit (CRRT), the Army visualization capability used to provide aggregate and individual Soldier data in support of Army risk reduction and prevention programs. The position focuses on knowledge management, system validation, user support, issue tracking, training material updates, and dashboard-related reporting within Army Vantage or a successor platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, or a related field from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience working with or coding within Palantir Foundry, preferably Army Vantage.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of government operations, Google Suites, Microsoft Suite programs, and government-approved Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications.
  • Experience supporting dashboard users, validating platform functionality, and translating technical issues into actionable updates or recommendations.
  • Strong written communication skills with experience producing issue summaries, user-facing materials, and monthly activity reports.

Responsibilities

  • Support testing and validation of new CRRT functionality and identify, document, and track bugs or system issues within Army Vantage or a successor platform.
  • Provide customer assistance to CRRT users and Risk Reduction Program Coordinators and support minor software change submissions through the approved ticketing process when appropriate.
  • Attend meetings related to help desk issues, system bugs, functionality changes, user feedback, and after-action reviews and provide meeting summaries within required timelines.
  • When directed, pull relevant Soldier timeline data and prepare draft reports addressing harmful behaviors or risk factors for designated Army requests for information.
  • Perform daily system checks to verify the platform is operating as designed and report issues promptly to the Government CRRT Lead and other designated personnel.
  • Work with Government and platform stakeholders to help identify issues, validate corrective changes, and track progress through resolution.
  • Update CRRT training materials when changes or new functionality are introduced and prepare the required monthly report for the GTM using the Government template.
  • Support dashboard knowledge management, issue resolution, user communication, and continuous improvement activities tied to the CRRT environment.
