About The Position

As a management analyst on our team, you’ll develop an overall picture of your client’s current structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before. On our team, you’ll use discussions and workshops with stakeholders and analysts to identify the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. Once you have a thorough understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you’ll work on a path forward with your client. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in training course development or instruction, intelligence analysis, or military capabilities
  • Knowledge of intelligence analysis tradecraft and national security concepts
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Ability to work from client site
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in the Intelligence Community (IC)
  • Experience in managing SharePoint sites
  • Experience with AI
  • Knowledge of military capabilities (MILCAP)
