On our team, you’ll develop an overall picture of your client’s current structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before. Through discussions and workshops with stakeholders and support staff you will identify the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. Requirements

5+ years of experience performing verification and validation related to organizational or financial processes
Experience in requirements research, development, and analysis
Experience preparing technical presentations, including Technical Requirement Documents (TRDs), testing plans, and technical findings reports
Knowledge of the Verification and Validation (V&V) lifecycle
Bachelor’s degree in a Business Analysis, Management Analysis, or IT Analysis field

Nice To Haves

Experience leading a team performing verification and validation efforts on an organizational or financial process
Experience reviewing and analyzing white papers, project reports, and success metrics
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Experience with client-facing presentations
