About The Position

This role involves supporting CISA's function as the National Coordinator for Security and Resilience of U.S. Critical Infrastructure. The Management Analyst will be instrumental in implementing operational assessment findings, facilitating sessions for developing new procedures, and supporting the prioritization and execution of operating model enhancements. The position also requires proactive support in clarifying guidance, developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and tracking implementation activities to improve accountability and communication regarding operational transformation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience implementing operational assessment findings to ensure progress in organizational model optimization occurs to effectively operationalize the duties and responsibilities of CISA as the National Coordinator for Security and Resilience of U.S. Critical Infrastructure.
• Effectively support the facilitation of sessions across the organization, and Sector Risk Management Agencies (SRMAs), to develop new operations and reporting procedures during steady state and incident response.
• Ability to support in the prioritization of assessment findings and development of tiger teams with lead federal sponsors to coordinate and execute CISA operating model enhancement efforts.
• Proactively support development of clarifying guidance around CISA’s National Coordinator responsibilities.
• Capable of supporting the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure CISA’s effectiveness in the National Coordinator role.
• Actively track implementation activities across the Agency to improve accountability and communication regarding the operational transformation.
• Bachelor's Degree
• DHS Suitability Clearance
