About The Position

CACI is seeking an experienced Management Analyst, Journeyman to support complex defense modeling and simulation programs. As a Journeyman-level professional, you will focus on the execution of established processes and the independent completion of complex assignments under general supervision. This position requires a skilled analyst who can perform data collection, define methodologies, analyze organizational workflows, and identify process improvements to support critical national security missions. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
  • 3 yrs of experience
  • 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • Active TS/SCI clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Army or DoD modeling and simulation programs
  • Familiarity Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
  • Experience supporting C5ISR or DEVCOM programs
  • Knowledge of Live, Virtual, Constructive (LVC) environments
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
  • Experience with Contractor Manpower Reporting (CMR) requirements

Responsibilities

  • Perform data collection and gather/organize information on operational problems or procedures
  • Define methodologies for data collection efforts supporting program analysis
  • Analyze data to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in local workflows
  • Support the development and delivery of progress, status, and management reports
  • Assist in the preparation of Technical Direction Management Plans (TDMPs)
  • Conduct organizational studies and evaluations to improve operational efficiency
  • Prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently
  • Support program management activities including cost, schedule, and performance tracking
  • Assist in quality assurance/quality control program implementation
  • Support quarterly program reviews and action item tracking
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records in support of contract deliverables
  • Participate in meetings and provide technical input to support decision-making
