About The Position

I2X Technologies is a reputable technology services company serving the Federal Government, offering opportunities for impactful work in fields like space exploration, national security, cybersecurity, and engineering. Headquartered in Colorado, I2X operates programs across the country, supporting multiple Federal agencies including the Department of Defense. We are seeking a Management Analyst (Journeyman) to provide Advisory and Assistance Services to our customer’s Training Office at Offutt AFB, Nebraska. This is an on-site position requiring a Top Secret (TS) security clearance with eligibility for Nuclear Command and Control/Extremely Sensitive Information (NC2/ESI), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and SAP security accesses.

Requirements

  • Three (3) or more years of experience within the previous seven (7) years supporting airborne or fixed-site command and control operations, continuity planning, mission execution, or operational program management within a DoD environment.
  • Five (5) additional years of relevant USSTRATCOM or National Military Command System (NMCS) experience.
  • Functional expertise in the operation and employment of Department of War (DoW), National Military Command System (NMCS) and nuclear command and control (NC2) platforms, nodes and battle staff and other DoW and interagency organizations pertinent to execution of military missions.
  • US Citizenship
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI, NC2/ESI, and SAP eligibility.
  • Previous SAP access experience relating to the community.

Responsibilities

  • Provides programmatic, operational, and analytical support to the Customer’s Training Office by integrating training operations, performance assessments, program planning, documentation, and reporting.
  • Supports execution of the Annual Training Plan while ensuring compliance with Government requirements, training standards, and mission objectives.
  • Coordinates execution of the Customer’s Annual Training Plan.
  • Analyzes training requirements and supports planning activities across all Battle Staff disciplines.
  • Supports planning and preparation of Watch Officer and specialty training programs.
  • Coordinates exercise planning activities with Government personnel and external organizations.
  • Assists with development of exercise scenarios and certification events.
  • Analyzes operational performance data and training results.
  • Maintains training schedules, metrics, databases, and lessons learned repositories.
  • Assists with publication and revision of training manuals, Annual Training Plans, and certification documentation.
  • Monitors training program effectiveness using Instructional Systems Design principles.
  • Develops technical reports, after-action reports, and recommendations for training improvements.
  • Supports certification and evaluation activities by collecting performance feedback and recommending changes to training emphasis.
  • Coordinates CDRL development, technical documentation, and presentation materials.
  • Assists Government leadership in implementing continuous process improvements across training operations.
