About The Position

This role involves facilitating customer meetings, capturing minutes and action items, and monitoring their progress to ensure timely resolution. The analyst will also contribute to continuous process improvement by researching, drafting, and authoring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The position requires demonstrated knowledge in analyzing requirements, status, and schedules, following AIRWorks processes for documentation and change control, and providing assistance with process and project requirement inquiries. The analyst will coordinate with military, DoD, and other clients, develop and update SOPs and training materials, perform training as necessary, and ensure AIRWorks processes and tools are effective. A Secret Clearance is required.

Requirements

  • Secret Clearance
  • 3 to 10 years of experience related to the functional duties for that labor category
  • BA/BS degree
  • Familiarity with the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), specifically utilizing the Property Management application to initiate, track, and manage Government Furnished Property (GFP).
  • Solid understanding of the risk management process, with experience initiating, tracking, and mitigating program risks within the NAVAIR Integrated Systems Engineering Environment (ISEE) tool.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint/Teams).
  • Experience with document configuration control and records management practices.
  • Ability to communicate well in team environments
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt well in virtual and dynamic team environments.
  • Ability to work independently and comfortable taking initiative.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Monitor action item status and proactively coordinate progress updates with key stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist with continuous process improvement initiatives, including researching, drafting, and authoring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Analyze requirements, status, and schedules.
  • Follow AIRWorks processes for documentation, data, and change-control management.
  • Provide assistance and resolution in response to inquiries pertaining to processes and project requirements.
  • Work closely and coordinate among military, DoD, and other clients.
  • Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOP), training materials, and other guidance as required.
  • Perform training as necessary.
  • Coordinate with technical, financial, or other relevant points of contact at Navy/Marine Corps, Department of Defense (DoD), and other government agencies.
  • Ensure AIRWorks processes, tools, and reporting capabilities are effective and up to date.
