Requirements
- Proven experience with data analysis skills, including proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce.
- Strong business analysis capabilities with the ability to interpret data trends and translate them into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent analysis skills complemented by expertise in analytics, business intelligence tools, and process improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Familiarity with sales forecasting techniques and business performance metrics.
- Effective communication skills for presenting technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis using tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Develop detailed business models and visualizations with Visio and other analytics platforms to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and implement process improvements that align with organizational objectives.
- Support project management activities by tracking progress, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
- Perform forecasting and sales analysis to assist leadership in strategic planning and resource allocation.
- Facilitate business analysis sessions to understand current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend actionable solutions for enhanced efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that translate complex data into clear insights for decision-makers.
