The Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (WSLCB) Finance Division is announcing an exciting opportunity for a Management Analyst 5 (OneWA Project Liaison) project position in Olympia, WA. This position serves as the One Washington Project Liaison to the Chief Financial Officer and the General Accounting Manager. The position leads the agency’s transition from the legacy Agency Financial Reporting System (AFRS) to the One Washington (OneWA) Workday platform. It focuses on the bridge between technical configuration and agency business operations. This role is the primary strategist responsible for ensuring the agency’s financial data, business processes, and personnel are prepared for "Go-Live." The position serves as the high-level liaison between the agency and the statewide OneWA project team at the Office of Financial Management (OFM) and is the single point of contact (SPOC) for the agency’s transition to Workday. This role is highly tactical, responsible for performing the actual data mapping, attending all statewide functional workshops, and personally ensuring that the agency’s specific financial needs are functional in the new system.
