Requirements

• One year of experience as a Management Analyst 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or Two years of experience in technical management analysis work, and a bachelor's degree ; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Possession of a current driver's license which is not under suspension.
• Meet the PA residency requirement.
• Able to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing material inventory programs and recommend practices that improve controls
• Review system information, study trends, and prepare reports that guide decision making
• Participate in quality assurance visits and help organizations implement best inventory practices
• Gather information through interviews, surveys, and system queries to support program improvements
• Help prepare procedures, manuals, and documentation related to inventory operations
• Support the creation and delivery of inventory management training materials
