About The Position

As a Managed Services - SAP BTP - Manager in PwC’s Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will help clients optimize operational efficiency by analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for business applications. You will use knowledge of SAP applications to help clients achieve their strategic objectives. You will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You will be accountable for project success and maintaining standards, and will coach team members, leverage their strengths, and manage performance to meet client expectations. The role involves taking ownership of project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion; addressing conflicts and issues with clients, teams, and stakeholders; and upholding professional and technical standards. You will also encourage the use of technology and innovation in delivery. Travel requirements are up to 40%.

Requirements

At least a bachelor's degree.
At least 5 years of experience.

Nice To Haves

A master's degree or Master of Business Administration in Business Administration/Management or Computer Science/Information Systems.
