About The Position
As a Managed Services - SAP BTP - Manager, you will help clients optimize operational efficiency by analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for the integration and use of business applications. Within PwC’s Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will use your knowledge of SAP applications to help clients achieve strategic objectives. You will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You will be accountable for project success and maintaining standards, while motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality work. Responsibilities include coaching team members, managing performance, and meeting client expectations. You will lead with integrity and authenticity, communicate the firm’s purpose and values, and embrace technology and innovation to improve delivery. You will own projects from planning and budgeting through execution and completion. You will also address conflicts and issues by engaging with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, while upholding professional and technical standards.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree.
- At least 5 years of experience.
Nice To Haves
- A Master's or Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration/Management or Computer Science/Information Systems.
- Proficiency in SAP Best Practice and SAP ERP.
- Analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges.
