The Opportunity As part of the Managed Services team, you provide specialized technical know-how as a Network Engineer. As a Specialist, you handle intricate tasks and conduct in-depth analyzes, supporting specific projects with your specialized knowledge. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
At least 4 years of experience
Demonstrating proficiency in structured cabling and patching
Installing and mounting network devices effectively
Supporting circuit turn-up activities and validation testing
Performing onsite troubleshooting for connectivity issues
Maintaining asset inventory and documentation

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science preferred
ITIL Foundation certification preferred
CCNP or equivalent vendor certifications preferred
Fiber/cabling certifications (BICSI or equivalent) preferred

Responsibilities

Provide specialized technical support for cloud and network architecture projects
Conduct thorough analyzes to identify system improvements and efficiencies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
Assist in the design and implementation of network infrastructure
Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to enhance service delivery
