About The Position

Labcorp is seeking a remote Managed Care Network Administrator. This role is key within the Managed Care Department and involves reviewing various legal documents related to managed care laboratory services. The administrator will ensure these documents are consistent with approvals, meet negotiated terms, and are properly maintained and updated in relevant databases. The position also supports Managed Care Representatives in fulfilling agreement obligations and may assist with financial reporting.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree
  • 3 or more years managing legal contracts
  • 1 or more years' experience with contract management software
  • Basic understanding of Managed Care and contract terms
  • Knowledge of Access, Word, and Excel
  • Basic understanding of state and federal insurance laws/regulations
  • Ability to draft legal language

Responsibilities

  • Create and/or edit documents consistent with Managed Care Review Committee (MCRC) approval and negotiated terms.
  • Ensure documents are reviewed and approved by Legal, with all terms meeting legal approval.
  • Maintain documents and update databases, including the contracts management system and the Managed Care Contract Terms Worksheet.
  • Assist the Managed Care Representative with defined tasks to meet the obligations of Managed Care Agreements.
  • Ensure contracts are signed by authorized representatives and that fully executed originals are returned.
  • May assist Managed Care Reps with tasks such as Payor Solutions Executive and financial reporting.
  • Review all documents including Labcorp’s standard Managed Care Laboratory Services Agreement, Third Party Agreements, Amendments, Addendums or Extensions to an existing contract or agreement, Non-disclosure Agreements, Work Orders and Statements of Work (SOW), Letters of Intent (LOI), Letters of Agreement (LOA), Memorandums of Understanding (MOU), Term Sheets and Responses to Bids, Requests for Proposal (RFP) or Requests for Information (RFI).
