About The Position

We're looking for a Managed Services HRIS Consultant to serve as a dedicated ADP Workforce Now (WFN) expert for our clients or internal HR organization. This person will own the ongoing configuration, optimization, and support of the ADP WFN platform — ensuring it runs efficiently, stays compliant, and evolves alongside changing business needs. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on solving system issues, streamlining processes, and being the trusted go-to resource for all things ADP.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience administering ADP Workforce Now (required)
  • Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Attendance processes
  • Experience configuring ADP WFN business rules, workflows, security roles, and custom fields
  • Proficiency building custom reports (ADP Reporting/DataCloud or similar)
  • Experience with system integrations (SFTP feeds, APIs, EDI files)
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a process-improvement mindset
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills; comfortable working in a consulting/managed services environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and client accounts simultaneously

Nice To Haves

  • ADP Certified Partner or ADP Workforce Now certification(s)
  • Experience with ADP Vantage, additional ADP modules, or migrations between ADP platforms
  • Background in HR/Payroll compliance (FLSA, ACA, multi-state payroll tax)
  • Prior experience in an HR outsourcing, PEO, or managed services environment
  • PMP, Six Sigma, or process-improvement certifications
  • Experience with change management and end-user training/adoption programs

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ADP Workforce Now support, configuration, and optimization requests across one or more client accounts (or internal business units)
  • Analyze current ADP WFN configurations and workflows to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for automation
  • Configure and maintain HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Talent modules within ADP WFN
  • Build and optimize custom reports, dashboards, and data feeds using ADP's reporting tools
  • Manage system integrations between ADP WFN and third-party platforms (benefits carriers, financial systems, ATS, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues, working directly with ADP support as needed
  • Lead system audits to ensure data integrity, compliance, and adherence to best practices
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations
  • Manage open enrollment, year-end processing, and other seasonal HRIS events within ADP
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including SOPs, workflow diagrams, and configuration guides
  • Provide end-user training and create job aids to drive platform adoption
  • Stay current on ADP WFN releases, features, and industry best practices; proactively recommend enhancements
  • Support SLA-based ticket queues and manage priorities across multiple client environments (if in a true managed services/MSP context)
