As part of the Managed Services team, you will provide essential hands-on support for data center operations. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
At least 4 years of experience
CompTIA A+, Server +, or equivalent
ITIL Foundation

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science preferred
Demonstrating abilities in structured cabling execution
Performing rack and stack of servers and network devices
Providing remote hands support for troubleshooting
Conducting physical checks on power status and link indicators
Executing FRU swaps such as disks and memory
Coordinating with cross-functional teams
Supporting 24x7 operations as required
