The position involves reviewing documentation critically, identifying inconsistencies, and determining appropriate resolutions based on operational context—including evaluating overlapping services and distinguishing true errors from valid scenarios. The position also supports staff through training and real-time guidance, while also reviewing and approving prior-day documentation within daily deadlines to ensure timely and accurate billing. Strong attention to detail, prioritization, and the ability to work within time-sensitive workflows are essential. The Data Support Specialist serves as a key link between program operations, documentation quality, and billing accuracy, helping to reduce errors, maintain compliance, and support reliable billing processes. Salary for this position is between $21- $23/hr.
