About The Position

Equinox is seeking energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Male Locker Room Associates to join its Austin team. The role is responsible for keeping the male locker rooms clean, stocked, and well-maintained while providing excellent customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. Associates also clean and organize storage, laundry, exercise, and coat rooms; maintain adequate towel supplies; assist with special events; and notify the Maintenance Manager when rooms require immediate attention. Other duties may be assigned as needed to ensure proper department operations.

Requirements

• A clear understanding of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment.
• Ability to service athletic equipment.
• Previous experience working with cleaning products and hand tools.
• Strong customer service, organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Keep male locker rooms clean, stocked, and well-maintained.
• Provide excellent customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
• Clean and organize storage, laundry, exercise, and coat rooms.
• Maintain an adequate supply of towels in the male locker room.
• Assist with special events.
