About The Position
ComForCare Home Health Care Pima County is seeking a compassionate and dependable Male Caregiver to provide personalized in-home care and support to clients in Tucson, Arizona. The role involves assisting male clients with personal care and daily activities, offering companionship, supporting mobility, preparing meals, completing light housekeeping, monitoring changes in clients’ health or behavior, and transporting them to appointments and activities. Requirements
- Must be male to meet specific client care preferences and needs.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and assisting with mobility.
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving, home health aide, or personal care assistant experience preferred.
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist male clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes.
- Help clients with mobility, transfers, and light exercises as directed by a care plan.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, tidying, and errands.
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behavior to supervisors.
- Transport clients to appointments, errands, or social activities.
