Requirements
- Minimum one year of customer service experience
- Strong knowledge of computers, Office 365, and the internet
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Familiarity with and an aptitude to learn creative software, including Adobe Illustrator, TinkerCAD, and Cricut Design Space
- Familiarity with and an aptitude to learn makerspace equipment, including sewing machines, sublimation, Cricut machines, and heat presses
Responsibilities
- Assist and instruct patrons in the use of makerspace equipment and software
- Troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on makerspace equipment
- Design and lead creative and maker classes
