About The Position

The Make Ready Tech is responsible for efficiently performing necessary maintenance in vacant apartments to ensure they are ready for market move-ins. The role performs general maintenance work and supports timely completion of service requests while maintaining company safety standards.

Requirements

Knowledge of general maintenance, painting, and grounds care.
Valid driver’s license.
Reliable transportation.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule and be on-call.
Punctual, dependable, and self-starting.
Ability to multitask and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting, and plumbing duties.
Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
Maintain company safety standards.
