About The Position

Prepare vacant apartments at Napoleon Square Apartments in Houston, Texas, for move-in by completing repairs and ensuring units are ready for new residents. This is a full-time, day-shift position with no travel required. Multifamily make-ready experience is required, and the employee must provide personal hand tools.

Requirements

• Multifamily make-ready experience.
• Thorough knowledge of the listed repairs and replacements.
• Must provide personal hand tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Texas driver’s license or Texas identification card.
• Successful completion of a background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned make-ready work to prepare apartments for occupancy.
• Repair and replace kitchen appliances and garbage disposals.
• Perform minor plumbing repairs and repair or replace bathroom fixtures.
• Repair and replace bathroom vents, light fixtures, switches, ceiling fans, and outlets.
• Rekey locks and repair or replace door hardware.
