About The Position
Morgan Properties is hiring a Make-Ready Technician for Waterfront Apartments, a 235-home community in Munhall, Pennsylvania. The technician turns vacant apartments into move-in-ready homes, performing repair and make-ready work while ensuring each home meets quality and safety standards. The role also supports the maintenance team with service requests and community appearance, and requires clear communication with the site team to keep apartment turns on schedule. The position offers $18.00–$20.00 per hour based on experience, a $300 quarterly Morgan Essentials bonus, and up to a 50% rent discount at Morgan Properties communities. Requirements
- Experience in apartment maintenance, make-ready, construction, handyman work, or a related trade.
- Working knowledge of painting, drywall, plumbing, and basic electrical work.
- Strong attention to detail and a follow-through mindset.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
- Complete apartment turns and make-ready work ahead of resident move-ins.
- Handle painting, drywall repair, carpentry, and general punch work.
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.
- Ensure every home meets quality and safety standards before move-in.
- Support the maintenance team with service requests and community appearance.
- Keep the turn schedule moving and communicate clearly with the site team.
